Activity Level Coefficient
- 1.2 = sedentary lifestyle, desk job, very little or no sports activities
- 1.3-1.4 = light activity (some daily activity + light exercises 1-3 times a week)
- 1.5-1.6 = moderate activity (workouts 3-5 times a week)
- 1.7-1.8 = high activity (active lifestyle and intense workouts 6-7 times a week)
- 1.9-2.0 = extremely high activity (athletic lifestyle, physical labor, daily workouts, etc.)
